Ability to deliver and product availability
BIOREBA AG is able to deliver according to our standard delivery terms.
We follow the instructions of the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health.
Our production and our testing services are therefore maintained in compliance with the measures ordered by the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (hygiene measures and protection of people at especially high risk).
Material availability
Material availability is ensured for the coming weeks and months as we have sufficient stocks.
Delivery logistics
In delivery logistics, restrictions on the part of service providers may result in longer regional transit times. We are in close contact with our local distributors. Our logistics team will inform and supports customers and distributors if affected.
For countries and regions in which official regulations restrict operations, we kindly ask our customers to contact our local distributors.
Measures to protect against infection
We are refraining from travelling for the time being. Instead, we use the platforms for online meetings and conferences for communication with our customers and partners.
We have canceled all major on-site meetings and events until further notice.
We have taken extensive organizational measures at our sites to ensure a high level of hygiene and to maintain sufficient distance between employees.
Home office regulations are in place for some of our employees.

Für Länder und Regionen, in welchen behördliche Vorgaben den Betrieb einschränken, bitten wir unsere Kunden sich mit unseren lokalen Distributoren in Verbindung zu setzen.
Wir verzichten bis auf Weiteres auf Reisen. Stattdessen nutzen wir für die Kommunikation die Plattformen für online Meetings und Konferenzen.
Alle größeren on-site Meetings und Veranstaltungen haben wir bis auf Weiteres abgesagt.
An unseren Standorten haben wir umfassende organisatorische Maßnahmen getroffen, um ein hohes Maß an Hygiene sowie ausreichend Abstand an den Arbeitsplätzen zu gewährleisten.
Für einige MitarbeiterInnen sind Homeoffice-Regelungen in Kraft.
